Here’s our version made as sauce, created to honor this unique dish.
Pre-fried aubergines, tomato and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese: few simple ingredients, but very tasty and with excellent quality.
Great seasoning for pasta, as a base for lasagna or to enrich polenta.
