The Borettana onion is a small and slightly flattened variety,
sweet and tender, typical of Emilia Romagna. Combined with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., they absorb all its qualities in a fusion
of aromas and flavors that is truly special. Traditionally used as side dish for meat or fish dishes, they are also excellent as appetizer,
or added to Russian salad or octopus salad.
